Poultry Hollow had a devasting fire during the winter and they are slowly-rebuilding their business. Please call ahead to see what they have in stock.

Hatching 1000's of chicks monthly. Located in Smith County Tennessee, just outside of Carthage, you'll find our Country Hatchery. We hatch over 55 Breeds of: Chickens, Ducks, Geese, Guineas, Turkeys, Chukars, Pheasants, Bantams, and Quail.

We have been in the poultry business for about 25 years, starting out as just a
hobby, Poultry Hollow has become a full time business, we offer over 55 different breeds of poultry and many different ages from Day Old to Laying Pullets.

We also have farm raised, 100% All Natural Chicken, Turkey, Guinea Fowl For Sale. Vacuum Sealed & Frozen. USDA Inspected And Processed. We never give any Chemicals, Hormones, Or Growth Enhancers to our birds. 100% Natural Guaranteed.
