Standing Stone Farms is a small Irish-themed boutique dairy farm established in March 2006 by Paula Butler. It is located in the middle of Tennessee, about 20 miles northeast of Nashville. We offer cheese making workshops and sell cheese making supplies, DIY kits geared specifically for the home cheese maker. We've also started selling kombucha kits. Here at Standing Stones Farms, we feel strongly about using the freshest hand-packed, non-GMO ingredients, sourced in the USA (with a few exceptions from France and India). We use the same products used in artisan creameries around the world and strongly believe in only selling products of the highest standard.

We do our best to keep this guide accurate, but farming is a dynamic occupation, things change fast. It is a good idea to call and verify any of the information in this guide before you plan a trip to a farm. Also, please be considerate. The farms in this guide are working farms as well as residences in many cases. If you think of yourself more as a valued guest than a customer you'll have a great experience.

Call to Farmers

We are looking for farmers growing crops, or anyone we may have missed. If you are not included in this guide and would like to make sure your farm, farmers market or retail operation is listed in the future, please get in touch. You can call Lisa at 1-615-677-6645 or lisa@localtable.net or use our online form.
Thanks for growing!

(coming to the table?)
We make no guarantee as to the quality of any produce or product from a farm or to anyone's growing practices. We're only providing a guide to local farms and invite you to find your favorites.
