Opened by Vicki and Rick Bolsom in 1993, Tin Angel is housed in one of the few historical landmark buildings on West End Avenue. The building itself has been carefully restored, from its brick walls and floors and the freestanding fireplace, built of brick salvaged from old Church Street, to its period tin ceilings.
