What's here: (Click for recipes) Milk
Moo2U delivers heard shares to the greater Nashville area and Clarksville.

The majority of the herd's diet is grass based from pasture, dry hay & grass silage. We supplement our herd's diet with feed that is mixed locally to support the vitamin and mineral requirements of the heard. Our feed program is designed for the health of our cows not for higher production.

We operate a low stress milking environment. Our cows are milked once a day. Milking once a day cuts down on stress, strengthens body condition, reduces lameness and improves fertility.

Antibiotics are only used for health purposes and a licensed veterinarian oversees the use. No Growth Hormones are ever used.

Milk is for Herd Share Members only. Contact us directly if you are interested in a herd share.

We do our best to keep this guide accurate, but farming is a dynamic occupation, things change fast. It is a good idea to call and verify any of the information in this guide before you plan a trip to a farm. Also, please be considerate. The farms in this guide are working farms as well as residences in many cases. If you think of yourself more as a valued guest than a customer you'll have a great experience.

Call to Farmers

We are looking for farmers growing crops, or anyone we may have missed. If you are not included in this guide and would like to make sure your farm, farmers market or retail operation is listed in the future, please get in touch. You can call Lisa at 1-615-677-6645 or lisa@localtable.net or use our online form.
Thanks for growing!

(coming to the table?)
We make no guarantee as to the quality of any produce or product from a farm or to anyone's growing practices. We're only providing a guide to local farms and invite you to find your favorites.
